	<p>Reaction from environmental groups and the Greens has been swift and clear.</p>

	<p>The Anti-Nuclear Alliance of WA has lashed out at both the <span class="caps">EPA</span> and Toro Energy, saying the decision raises concerns about the role of the <span class="caps">EPA</span>, and that Toro’s Review Management Plan is full of holes.</p>

	<p>Yesterday we spoke to the WA Conservation Council and they’re not happy either.</p>

	<p>The Council’s veteran anti-nuclear campaigner Mia Pepper spoke with Ben.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[	<p>A report on the state of dental care in Australia says oral disease is on the rise and that the cost of seeing a dentist is too high.</p>

	<p>As a result, our teeth problems are getting worse.</p>

	<p>The Federal Government’s looking into a Denticare system that, like Medicare, will subsidies some of the costs incurred in the dentist’s chair.</p>

	<p>It’s looking at a new report that says ten billion dollars is needed to fix our teeth.</p>

	<p>Federal Health Minister Tanya Plibesek says the government can’t afford to adopt all the suggested changes at once, but she’s considering a staged approach that would target children and low-income groups first.</p>

	<p>Greens Senator for Victoria Richard Di Natale says that’s a good start but it’s not enough, and he’ll be pushing for more.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[ It attracted 1.5 million visitors last year but to many, Scarborough beach is nothing but a concrete eyesore.

	<p>And now it’s come under fire from Premier Colin Barnett.</p>

	<p>He says the beach is ‘awful’ and the council has failed in its redevelopment plans.</p>

	<p>But City of Stirling Mayor David Boothman disagrees.</p>

	<p>He says the only thing holding up Scarborough’s redevelopment is the government’s refusal to provide funding.</p>

	<p>In fact, he’s spent the last four or five months trying to set up a meeting with the Premier to discuss the plans, and so far hasn’t been successful.</p>]]></description>
