How did you become involved with the station and your program?

I met ( Morning Mag presenter) Meri Fatin while doing some work at ABC and she put in a good word for me with the station. So, luckily, I was able to jump straight into the presenter’s chair!

How long have you been with RTRFM?

Not long at all, since December 2007, but RTR has been on my dial for a lot longer…

What do you enjoy most about presenting?

I love that I can listen to music for a few hours and have fantastic conversations with passionate and creative people and know that listeners are tuning in to be a part of it.

Strangest experience at RTRFM?

Getting a phone call in the studio from a guy whose brother’s name is Fox Shannon! We shop at the same record store in Freo and the people working there always get confused who is who… So I’ve heard about Fox, and know a bit about his taste in music, but have never met him and now I’ve spoken to his brother!

Favourite RTRFM program/s?

Morning Mag obviously, and I love nothing better than turning up Jamdown on a balmy summer night and watching the water from my balcony!

What do you do in real life?

This is my real life! I’ve just finished my degree in radio, so at the moment my days are pretty leisurely, spent exorcising all my creative demons…
