How did you become involved?
I think my invitation to present ‘Homegrown’ was based on the fact that I was going to a lot of local music gigs and liked to talk!

How long have you been with RTRFM?
I first joined as a subscriber in 2002, and began presenting “Homegrown” in October 2006.

What do you enjoy most about presenting?
Meetings lots of new WA artists and joining in their excitement about the debut, CD Launch or tour. Presenting the show also keeps me up to date with all the new releases and also puts me in touch with artists who I might not come across via the web or CD store.

Strangest experience at RTRFM?
I get bored when something strange doesn’t happen on “Homegrown”! That said, the strangest things usually happen during Radiothon.

Favourite RTRFM programs?
Morning Magazine, Rock Rattle n Roll, El Ritmo and I loved Faster than Light.

What do you do in real life?
I work for the Commissioner for Children and Young People, play in a band and study for a Masters degree part time. I have been on the RTR Board since 2011.
