Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within five days of your order being finalised. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If an item is not in stock or back-ordered, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

Except in the case of an item being out of stock or back-ordered, we do not offer refunds or returns. All purchases are considered final.

Donations and Subscriptions are considered final as at time of purchase.
