After years of drug abuse that left him brain damaged and homeless, the body of a teenage boy was found in Halls Creek.
So why did no one step in and stop his drug-induced death?
Don’t we have services in place to prevent these sort of things happening?
It’s 2010 and drugs aren’t new so why are our youth still becoming entangled in a vicious cycle of drug addiction?
