‘Future Shorts’ is a worldwide film festival that offers entrants the chance to have their work made public, and their first stop is right here in the West.

Australia’s the latest to join the network of twenty countries and over sixty cities allowing filmmakers to exhibit to a worldwide audience.

Opening night festivities kick off on this Saturday with live music and the new short from the creators of ‘This is Perth’.

They are Vincenzo Perrella and Daniel Osborn – who joined Peter Barr on Breakfast.

And the man who’s at the centre of their new work made a surprise appearance as well.
