Sydney piano trio, The Necks, return to Perth this upcoming Monday to promote their 13th album Townsville. This time they are playing at The Charles Hotel as part of the Perth Jazz Society.
Dave Cutbush caught up with pianist Chris Abrahams and spoke with him about the nature of the trio and how playing improvisational music can indeed lead to playing in the dark.
