1 ½ cups SR flour
2/3 cup caster sugar
125g butter, softened
3 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Icing
1 tblspn soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
30ml milk
Vanilla essence to flavour

Preheat oven to 170c
Cream butter and sugar together in electric mixer. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift in the flour and mix to a smooth consistency.
Drop 1 ½ tablespoons of mixture into patty pans.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
Icing you need to cream the butter and icing sugar and add milk to make smooth spreadable past. You can colour it with whatever food dye you wish and flavour with vanilla essence.
