Breakfast masterchef Luke Bolton popped back on Breakfast armed with chilli, lime and corn kernels.

Barr thought Bolton had finally cracked and was now simply making stuff up, but the proof is in the popping…

Chilli Lime Popcorn

2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 1/4 teaspoons chilli powder
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
2 limes cut into wedges

Directions

1. Heat oil with popcorn kernels in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat. When kernels start to pop cover and shake pan occasionally, until popping slows, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove pan from heat; let stand, covered, 1 minute.
2. Stir together spices, salt, and zest in a small bowl. Toss hot popcorn with spice mixture. Squeeze lime wedges over popcorn and eat
